When I was younger, I used to play all sorts of games where you had a digital pet companion. I was never particularly good at them, but I have fond memories of my time trying. Underneath the gentle fall of a myriad of raindrops, a nameless person walked with a digital pet companion by their side. However, the device holding the companion was dropped and landed in a puddle. Though something unexpected happened, the device stayed functional as Rib-Bit found she could shift from the game into the real world. With a boundless new world in front of her, she starts her new life with a goal to bring joy to others and to make all kinds of new friends. To that end, she started by playing the many games the world has to offer, but found that if she streams them, she can connect to people all around the world. Now people all over smile as they tune in and share their own adventures in the process.
