Learning is tough- sometimes really tough and kind of boring at times. You read these books full of pages upon pages of text written in the most dry and boring way possible. There has to be an easier way to learn something, right? Well, sometimes learning can get so boring it motivates you to run away and find your own path, which is exactly the kind of story you get to hear today when we learn all about the Dream Fairy VTuber, Loona.
Loona is a dream fairy in training who spent her days learning the ways of the fey through ancient fairy texts. However, the texts were not fun to read, and Loona detested learning from them. She especially disliked listening to her instructors go on and on about how to be the “perfect” dream fairy. So she grabbed the great book of magic and ran away in pursuit of her own adventures. Using the book, she created her own pocket realm where she uses her magic to lure unsuspecting travelers with whatever their favorite sweet treat happens to be. She had no ill intent; she simply wanted to learn the favorite things of the myriad of people she came across. After all, how else could she learn how to give people the best dreams? You can find a video version of her lore right here.
One thing people absolutely love is amazing content. Loona streams four days a week as she yaps with chat and plays all kinds of cozy games, mmo’s and gatcha titles, including High Times, Palia, FFXIV, and so much more right here on Twitch. She also does art streams, and if you love the creations she makes, you can have one for yourself by commissioning her through Vgen.
There’s even more content to enjoy as she also does a podcast alongside her friend Cesire called Pixel Yaps. Together they talk about gaming with a particular love for indie titles, either ones they played or upcoming new releases. You can catch the episodes live on Cesire’s Twitch channel every second Friday, but if you miss an episode, they’re uploaded the next day to YouTube. Loona also has a series called Sprinkle of Vtubing. There she will look at different customizable VTuber models, and like Pixel Yaps, the episodes come out first on stream, but will be available later on YouTube.
She’s actively pursuing improving her content each and every day as a one woman show while juggling content and motherhood. Future goals include singing streams, collab covers as well as voice acting. The creation journey is one that needs lots of support so if you want to send some her way then make sure to head to her website and give all of her socials a follow to walk on this journey with her.
