Every dragon needs a lair to call home, but sometimes they want to take a more discreet touch. Ryuga took their lair and disguised it as a library. To the normal person, it’s a place full of books, but lying in its depths is the hoard of magical items Ryuga keeps in storage. Though a library hardly looks the part without staff. So Ryuga’s chat or Kobolds also work part-time as mascots, caretakers, custodians, and really anything and everything to keep both the library and their streams running smoothly.
