There is always something new to find, and this is an undeniable fact in every aspect of life. Until I met TauTassieTiger, I was unaware of what a Thylacine was. It’s a Tasmanian tiger that went extinct due to human over-predation and expansion, until the last one died in a zoo back in 1936. Keeping the spirit of this species alive, we have the tale of the Thylacine Vtuber, TauTassieTiger.

Tau lives as the last surviving member of the Tasmanian Tigers, the Tylacines. While one could assume this to be a lonely existence, she carries with her a jewel around her neck containing the souls of many of her extinct brethren. Because as long as the memory of something lives on, it never truly perishes. So using the souls, personalities, and memories contained within the jewel, she passes all of that knowledge to a successor who will one day wear the jewel themselves to pass it onto another. It’s vital that humanity learns from what happened to the thylacines, and they are well informed of the dangers of habitat loss and the importance of ecological conservation. Most important of all is simply to be kind, not just to their fellow humans but to all life and the world around them.
