Laughter is a wonderful thing. It brings people closer together and makes the world feel just a little bit better. Pranks are a great way to get a quick laugh out of someone and brighten their day, but not everyone takes them with such a jovial response. Sometimes, if you prank the wrong person, it leads to consequences. Such is the tale of the Ice Kitsune Vtuber, Yuki Shima.
Yuki, the mischievous fox spirit, lived in a mountain overlooking a peaceful village and spent her days enjoying games, illusions, and playing harmless tricks on the nearby travelers. The travelers were confused by her pranks, and the children laughed in glee at the fun games she wanted to play. All to bring delight to herself and the wonderful people around her. She always had the best of intentions, but the villagers failed to understand that. So when misfortune happened, they quickly turned their blame to Yuki.
One day, the villagers climbed the mountain with Yuki in their sights. She thought the villagers wanted to play more games, but was shocked when one of their warriors attacked her. Confused and heartbroken, she ran for safety. After arriving in Nasu, she was overwhelmed with sorrow and lost the will to play. She was slain by the warrior, and her spirit was trapped within a nearby stone.
The people of Nasu grew to fear the stone and referred to it as the legendary Sessho-seki. They believed it to be cursed and deadly. Some were ill in its presence, and many heard the sounds of faint giggles and whispers beckoning the villagers to play a game.
Fast forward to March 5th, and the rock suddenly splits in half with a cold breeze, and the faint giggles became echoes of laughter. Within hours came the debut of a Vtuber named Yuki Shima Fox, a chaotic and mischievous kitsune who longs to create a community full of adventures and laughter. As the tale of this Vtuber begins, all I have to ask is, are you ready to play?
As for her content, Yuki loves to play games like Dead by Daylight, Palia, and games shared with others like Peak, R.E.P.O., and Minecraft. You’ll sometimes see her play the occasional indie game along with horror and comfy titles. Outside of games, she also enjoys just chatting with fans, LEGO hand streams, and a show with DandelionDaysVT, where they appreciate Vtubers with their own spotlights. You can also enjoy her own talk shows called Foxie Talks
On the Rocks, which is something she recently started resuming. So if all of this sounds like fun, you should head on over to give her a follow on Twitch. She also makes fun content you can watch anytime on both YouTube and TikTok.
Then you should check out her website because it has a lot of amazing stuff. Links to all of her socials, ways to support her on Ko-Fi and Throne, a link to their Discord Server, and plenty of merch to buy.
