A living being is quite complex in nature. We’re all made up of individual parts, each unique in its own way. Now, what if you split yourself up into two? How would your traits be divided? What would become of them once that happened? That’s exactly the kind of tale we’ll tell today, as it is how today’s Vtuber, Pixel, came to be.

Starting off simply as a kitsune doll, Pixel merely existed in the back of a playroom of a powerful deity. Over the millennia, the deity grew bored and decided on a cruel idea to entertain herself. She took her soul and split it into two pieces, each placed inside a doll. One became Pixel, while the other half was placed in a phoenix doll and was named Ember. The sadistic plan was to have each one live their lives from infancy. To wait as they learned to survive, have goals, and form connections, only to snatch the halves away and make herself whole once more. A lengthy and devilish scheme to fill their lives with hope only to wisp it away.

Pixel and Ember lived very different lives. Pixel was a miracle child of a union that broke many sacred laws. A union between her kitsune mother and vampire father. As unholy as it seemed, Pixel was raised with love and became quite curious about the world around her.  She was cared for by her dutiful retainers and created her own haven called the realm.  Within it, she started a business called The Palace, where customers could have their wishes and desires come true. A venture born from her desire to spread hope and light to those around her. Through this journey, she even met a special someone and fell in love.

Ember, however, lived a very different life. She was raised to hate and curse her half-soul existence.  This cultivated a burning desire to become whole once again as she sought out Pixel to make her dreams come true.  She believed herself to be Pixel’s master and entitled to her soul; however, she was unknowingly walking the path to mutual destruction.

Though how they both end up is a story for another time. Until then, how about we hear more about her content? She plays a variety of games, including horror co-ops such as Dead by Daylight, Phasmophobia, and Demonologist, as well as more lighthearted titles like Pokémon and Pikmin.  Fans can also watch as she does live Tarot Card readings or enjoy her company in her just chatting streams.  As a jack of all trades, but master of none, she plays all of her favorite games horribly wrong as fans enjoy the chaos that ensues.
