With a new year comes new ideas, and here’s one I’ve started for my Vtuber Spotlight series. Each month, I plan on spending at least one week dedicated to a theme. I haven’t fully planned out how I’ll go about picking them, so to start things off, I wanted to feature a topic I personally enjoy. So, for this month, the theme is Knights and/or Vtubers that play Fire Emblem games, and starting this new idea is the Luminescent Knight Vtuber Luminouslyiii.

Our story takes us to the kingdom of Luxferre, where we meet an orphan named Rin Natsuki. She was born a commoner and lived her life at the orphanage until she was adopted by her foster parents. Two members of the mighty and heroic Luminescent Knights. Rin was inspired by the many good deeds of her parents and wished to walk the same path. She was trained diligently by her father till she was ready to apply.

The knights cared not for the nature of one’s birth but rather the strength of the individual, both in body and character. Rin had to pass numerous tests and trials, each more challenging than the last. Her efforts were rewarded as she was assigned to the monster hunter division of the knights. A group dedicated to protecting the kingdom from foul beasts. Her new life yielded all kinds of adventures as well as struggles. She faced doubts and sometimes questioned her role in the world. However, she remains steadfast in her oath as she swears by her blade to pay forward the kindness shown to her.

Her adventures in content creation take her to all kinds of worlds as she has a love for RPGs and Soul-like games, including Dark Souls, Octopath Traveler, and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, but she ventures to other genres as well. Fans can occasionally enjoy as she plays horror games, multiplayer titles, and shooters. She’ll do indie game streams promoting all kinds of new games, and you can even hear her make a cameo in the game Copycat. Her content is very lurker-friendly as she takes her time during her playthroughs, and if you want to tune in, check out her streams right here on Twitch.
