I often note that this journey to feature as many creators as possible leads to a few reoccurring themes. A recent trend that I’ve noticed is I’m finding a lot of clowns and jesters to talk about. A fun new avenue for this journey that I’m eager to do more with as we take our spotlight to a jester in the underworld. Today we are talking about the Demon Jester Vtuber Pinki. For those wondering the talented artist behind the header can be found here.
We often see a wide variety of performers in the mortal world, but what if I told you the underworld has it’s own kind of entertainment. Roaming around the various parts of the underworld, Pinki is a demon jester who runs the demonworld’s most well-known traveling circus. Demons come from far and wide to see the miraculous performances that only the creative mind of Pinki and her troupe can create. There’s never an empty seat or a closed mouth from the shock of the feats they witness with each captivating show.
Now if you want to sit back and enjoy the show yourself, admission is free. All you have to do is head on over to her Twitch channel to watch a variety of content including Slime Rancher 2, Golf With Your Friends, Furquest and much more. She’s also the founder of a Vtuber group called V7Sins. An incredibly talented group composed almost entirely of members of the LGBT community and heavily inspired by the seven deadly sins. They come with a welcoming and kind vibe as their motto is “Kindness, Respect, and Safety.” You can find out more about them on their website.
Speaking of these important traits, she’s also an activist for the disabled community. Pinki personally struggles with juvenile hemochromatosis and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Through her experiences she realized how important it is for there to be a safe community for disabled people to feel welcomed in. Not just the physical and mental challenges, but the societal ones too, as some people target the disabled community with hate raids. She does not shy away from the topic to make people feel as comfortable as possible and to also educate people as she is always open to answering questions. She even points out ableism when it’s present in the media she’s streaming.
She’s truly a role model for a community that needs one to help them feel safe. Where May is mental health awareness month, June has National PTSD Awareness Day, and July is disability pride month she has fun plans around all of these important days. One thing I learned from her was that October 17th to the 23rd is invisible disabilities week, which raises awareness for disabilities that you don’t notice when looking at someone. In her case, she ends up using either a cane or a leg brace, but on first sight you wouldn’t know of the struggles she has to face. She does limit the amount of time she outwardly talks about it to also offer a fun escape from reality, but the door is always open for those who need to talk about it.
So whether you’re looking for fun content, or in need of a safe space to feel welcomed, the traveling circus of the demonworld is a great space for all. If you want to keep up with all of her content or join her discord server, you can find links to all of that right here on her website.
