The inspiration behind the infinite world of vtubers is something that never gets old and today we get to look at one of my favorite ways to be inspired. Here we have someone who took a character they made in a table top RPG and used that to create their Vtuber as we shine the spotlight on the Cosmic Dragon Vtuber Evie Brite.

Our story starts with the genius mind of a friend of Evie’s named MorbidMav. Mav was the creator of an entirely original table top RPG called Darker Skies and of course with these types of games comes character creation which was how Evie came to be. Evie is a Kereit Merkitaan a subrace of the Merkitaans that serve as spiritual leaders. This is a proud warrior race that has a deep connection to the one they call “Mother” a legendary red dragon.

Like the dragon they admire, Merkitaans are typically red themselves; however, Evie was unique and born with bright pink skin. Once bullied for being different she took the nickname Pinkie that was used to mock her and made it her own. As someone often left alone for being different she took comfort in studying Murk magic, which is the magic of change, chaos and shadow. This led her to making a pact with the Murk gods themselves.

Studying magic isn’t the only thing she does. She’s an avid collector of rare and powerful artifacts and through her journeys she’s found items such as the Void Claw, the Spork of Destiny and more. After joining a a pirate crew she sores across the galaxies slaying gods, casting spells and collecting treasure along the way. A dragonic force of nature that became known as the Cosmic Dragon to her companions. One day she found a very unique item and with it she realized she could play old Earthling games, browse the internet and even stream across time for us to watch her marvel at our beloved games.

Like any newcomer to games she strives to try a wide variety of them including Dark Souls and Stardew Valley. Her favorites are survival and base building games but she’s also very open to requests from her community. She’s still rather new to streaming but has big ideals including playing challenging games with punishments for each in game death. Something for her growing community to be able to engage with as she streams and for you to have a lot of fun watching. Her content is very fan focused as she loves games that have Twitch integration which just makes for more chances for you to get involved in all the fun.
